Description: |
Medium-sized tree resembling G. semseii Verdc. which is only found from Nguru and Uluguru Mts in Tanzania. It appears to replace G. kingaensis in Central Malawi but differs in having broader leaves, copious orange latex and ovoid fruit c. 3 cm long. It also appears to fruit less often than G. kingaensis. Flowers still unknown. |
