Description:
Somewhat scrambling perennial herb. Stems ascending to erect, up to 1 m tall, sometimes more, 6-ridged, more or less densely pubescent, especially below the nodes. Leaves opposite, lanceolate to ovate, hairy. Flowers in clusters in the upper the leaf axils, white with violet markings in the broad, slightly 3-lobed lip.
