Notes: M. discoidea var. triplosphaera is common on the farm in dry forests, sandy and mostly as shrub, the leaves are somewhat egg shaped (obovate), over the leaves of M. discoidea var.nitida, which are slightly oblong. The fruits of var. triplophaera clearly different (more deeply lobed).
